Every registered participant will receive a commemorative t-shirt or hat and a finisher’s medal. Before and after the walk/run there will be a variety of entertainment as well as food and drink, exhibitors from local businesses and a raffle...

The hosts for the second year are Michael and Mathias at Chateau Bois Guy near Parrigné 35133. It is 12 kms north of Fougeres. 

On arriving in Parrigné, take the D108 sign-posted to Mellé and follow signs for Chateau Bois Guy. On the day there will be extra signage for RUN4FRANCE from Mellé, Louvigné, Landean and Fougeres.

The Fete will open at 2pm on Sunday 3rd July, the course itself will open at 3pm and close at 5pm, grounds & chateau to be closed to the public by 8pm. Admission and parking is free.

Who benefits?  

Participants can choose to raise sponsorship for either of our charities, however, sponsorship is NOT compulsory. 

Any money raised on the day and from the course registrations will be split 50:50 between the following two charities;

• CEM Rennes is a cancer treatment centre in Rennes which also takes part in training and research
• AIDONS! lutte contre le cancer

Anyone interested in getting involved in the planning of the day should send an email torun4france@gmail.com as soon as possible. Many volunteers will be required on the day to ensure the safety of all participants and the smooth running of the fete so any offers will be very gratefully received.
